So...Whats Public Enemy?
Public [puhb-lik] adjective
relating to or involving people in general, rather than being limited to a particular group of people. (Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary)

In standard linguistic form, sometime we use the word "the public" as all the ordinary people. Now, as the public perceive things by a large group eyes thus things will be judged by massive mainstream brains and saturated ideals. There will be no consideration at the time you are weighed down by these crazy loud voices mounted on blindness. Its the time to open up your mind, widen your eyes and join the force of balances.
